are you sure you want that exchange? what if the common end up settling for .40 ....(not going to happen) but it's far fetched. They could be converted into new shares if the settlement provides for that (per FISh) , but that would mean more out of pocket cash for jipg/fdick, I just don't see that happening. IMO
