To the flippers: I'd buy back in before the weekend. THJMW could easily rule from her desk over the weekend... and that would suck to be out. JMO. Yes, we thought she would had ruled by now...but Judge Colleyrs just opened a door that might seal the mm's and flippers.
Not saying a settlement is likely right away, because the fdick and JPIG will probably appeal and force this out months again....GO WAMU EQUITY! GO EC

one poster had predicted the pps movement today and was right on...but the again, it seems pretty easy to predict these days.
Although the news yesteday is great, we still need the big boys and they wont buy until the path is a bit more clear even if the pps is at $2, $3 or even $4.
