sirhaggus: I've been watching this drama play out for years now and it will be interesting to see if this brings it to an end. If nothing else, it has been entertaining and for some on this thread, expensive entertainment at best.
One would think T-Mobile or any of the other candidates of a potential law suit for patent infringement, would step up and bid on the patent if any of them consider the future potential law suits a big enough threat or even just a big enough legal fee expense to pony up the money to end any potential future threat or legal expense.
If none of them do, I would conclude T-Mobile and the other potential law suit candidates do not consider any future lawsuits regarding the patent anything more than a potential nuisance.
Then again, maybe Carlos will buy it back and offer all you brilliant investors stock in another company with this patent as the lure...Patent Part Duex, LLC...gg
