Seems to me like: (1) Buy as many shares as available early up to a certain PPS, (2) after all shares are purchased, play with the bid/ask and try to bait sellers with a little low volume bid whacking, (3) after not successfully tricking any sellers, buy as many shares as possible at the end of day up to certain PPS.
