You are certainly correct about the 'BRAC" government contracts. Just googled it!

And in my experience, the first one is the hardest! Being SARO just landed their first government BRAC contract, I don't think it would be to optimistic to think there may be others in the pipeline in the near future!

And like I said, IMO, at these levels just one large, or a host of similar that was just announced would make SARO A 2010 Home Run!!!!

Don't take much at these current prices to "Win It"!
