O.K. if your D.D. was reading the post's on this disscusion board then I can see why you think there was going to be a merger ,but I've just reread the past few months worth of news release's to see if there was mention of a merger or as I thought just mention of "We are in disscusion with MJNA " topic , but never said any thing about a merger. The things that did transpire from those talks so far that I have noticed is that "HESG" has a better understanding of the medical marijuna industrie and that "MJNA" has a big splashy spot on the cover of the new issue of "I GO HEALTHY " magazine that is published and owned by "HESG".
It maybe that Tom traded a primo advertising spot for the information that "MJNA" gave him , which would be a wise move on Tom's part (Not costing the company anything but an add spot)
