12/07/2009 - Form 8K - $200k short term loan - 12/01 to 12/15/2009 - to begin introducing shareholders to the financing deal we have been working on over the last few months. The entire funding agreement will be fully disclosed in two different filings as paperwork is executed and subsequently filed with the SEC within the required time. have no idea what "within the required time" means...anyone?
since people like to parse* words i included some definitions...lol

With specific regards to today’s 8K:
· This is a very short term loan that is NOT an equity facility nor is it written as a convertible note. It is short term debt...payable on 12/16/2009 or some time...?
· The interest rate is very favorable...8%
· This provides EI with the means and a bridge to await the impending* final step with the funding partner...

11/11/2009 - For the first time ever, Eternal Image product will be on display at the Casket and Funeral Supply Association Fall Conference & Trade Show. not a peep from EI mgmt but i do know from tony(ir) he saw no one from EI at the show...
Our Precious Moments™ caskets, Major League Baseball™ urns and caskets, and American Kennel Club™ urns will all be on display at next week’s CFSA Show in Indianapolis at the booths of various Eternal Image manufacturing and supply partners.
Flash - Since posting the above this morning, we have found out that our MLB Yankees casket will also be on display next week at the CFSA Show.
09/30/2009 - Eternal Image has evolved into a favorable position in which many of our industry partners and distributors now have the ability to display our products at the 2009 NFDA show in Boston. not a peep from EI mgmt and tony has no knowledge anyone from EI mgmt attended...
+ All of our current product will be displayed at exhibits by our various manufacturing/distributing partners...we know this was untrue
+ We plan to announce two new licenses later this year... 10 days left in 2009
+ Personnel from Eternal Image will attend the show to conduct meetings, check on all of our third party displays, and answer questions from distributors and funeral directors on the showroom floor...this is a very troubling statement by EI. A shareholder should have great concern about EI mgmt's seemingly lack of support for it's products at these shows. EI can put all conjecture to rest by communicating details of both conventions to shareholders...
We have been working behind the scenes to develop Eternal Image into the company that our shareholders and licensors expect, and will have several important communications to share in the coming weeks. t/a...very good, but what else has EI communicated in those "coming weeks" let alone these coming months...it did cause me to buy more "just for men"...i'm aging before my time...

07/20/2009 - In exchange for promoting the services of Eternal Remembrance to our existing dealers and distributors, Eternal Image received 10% ownership interest in this new corporation. No stock or cash was paid by Eternal Image for this ownership interest.
Eternal Remembrance is revolutionary, and the first of their kind in the urn repository market. We look forward to debuting more details about their global services at the NFDA show this October. anyone know of any "debuting" details, better yet anyone know anything about this "new corporation"?...does it still exist...ah well, as far as we know it didn't cost us anything....did it?
06/30/2009 - The recently filed 10Q, in its disclosure regarding future money raises, mentions both equity and non-equity type solutions for financing.
In an effort to end further dilution of our stock, Eternal Image has been working with Mastermind Venture Partners on a non-equity capital raise in the form of a perpetual credit line.
We will be announcing the details of this credit line in conjunction with Ms. Susan Wong of Mastermind Venture Partners in the very near future. it's only been 5 months and 21 days...did anyone think "very near future" mean't a shorter timeframe???...
