Has anyone ever been in a stock that you know is being illegally shorted to death and nothing ever seems to get done to fix the problem?

Those that get away with counterfeiting the shares think the same thing. After all, WMI is a pink sheet right? The criminals know the SEC doesn't care or have the time to investigate every pink sheet stock with a complaint. It's buyer beware they say. "You pays your dues and you takes your chances"...Right?: is what they think.

However this time, it looks like the crooks got caught with their you know what in their hand and actually got hit with a Federal mandate to cover. Whoda thunk? This could be a real Ripper.....or a HALT as the Ice Guru would say.

hmmmm, got to be interesting though to say the least.
