That fight has ben going on for MANY MANY years. Remember back to Overstock.com and that whole NSS fiasco. Was a nightmare....yet the SEC would not enforce their regs which makes the SEC dangerous. RegSHO was intended to put an end to NSS,...but they found ways around that as well via "ex-clearing".

This country as a whole needs to create a committee against the perversion of power across the board WITH an enforcement team!
