China Small Cap Mutual Fund

If you had to recommend a diversified basket of 10-20 stocks that are attractive based on current valuations (rather than where you bought them), what would they be? Please post, a relative has asked me to help them put a china basket together, so I'm looking for untapped ideas.

Here is my basket as of Friday. I try to keep the 10%+ holdings to stocks that are screamingly cheap based on P/E:
