I thought it was strange that the dumping started before the hearing. There seemed to finally be some positives (the thought of Jan. 4th, the possible mention of an EC.) Almost seems like some big investors knew what was going to be said about the commons. Some might say daytraders/flippers, but I would think they might wait until something was said.
