Sorry to say I've been with Scottrade for about a year now, and every "penny stock" that I have bought through them has gone on their Sell/No Buy list as soon as it begins a run up.
So, yes, it's a no buy with Scottrade. And NO, they will not sell over the phone either. And YES, I'm going to drop them very soon.
