FDA knowing radiation level taking another look is another. I'm sure they know the radiation. At least they better. What worries me is that these off the shelf parts, that are supposed to give a clear avenue to FDA clearance is now being brought into question. The FDA may not want to open anther can of worms and may want to put it off. I think that may actually be the case. Like most of you guys i thought IMGG would go up on the CT news, but i starting see why it didn't. It brings the heat on ALL FDA approvals that produce radiation. They would rather just wait until after Christmas vacation before taking any more heat on approving yet another scanner. It is lower that is true, but FDA is not the most proactive agency in the world that is for sure. They are more worried about covering their own azz then ours when it comes to approval. When the heat dies down we will make a move, but until then the heat is on and we get nothing but a downward trend on the charts :(
