So I called the local Scottrade and talked to one of the brokers. When I asked about the restriced list being taken off the website she said "I didn't even know it was on there". So I made her talk to the tech's and when she came back she said "they said it was only up there for a couple of weeks and they decided to take it off". She did not know the reason. Of course the list has been up for ALOT longer than that. Scottrade for ya!!
