EESI Subsidiary Windango, Inc. on the Move
Monday November 1, 5:00 am ET

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 2004--Emerging Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:EESI - News) subsidiary Windango, Inc. announced that it would be incorporating a new software solution to manage its growing client base and allowing the client base to better manage its web presence both on and off line. Additionally, the client will have more control than ever over the content of their web presence, what it is doing for them and what it is generating in terms of revenue. This is an exciting time in software. Time has allowed software to stabilize and become more standardized for many of the systems that presented so many problems in the past. Windango is poised to take advantage of those changes immediately.
Additionally, Windango is developing plans to build a Data and Network Operating Center (NOC) in Independence, KS. CEO Robert Baker called this a great day for Independence, KS and the surrounding area. Windango is negotiating to build a second or backup center in Garden City, MO or Phoenix, AZ depending on negotiations in each area. Another option under review is to simply acquire an existing data center with capabilities to become a NOC.

Windango is aggressive and growing. The young men who started this company are full of integrity, desire and most of all have the talent and drive to make this a household name in the very near future.

Additionally, Windango and Telemedia are working together to develop a collaborative approach to solving age old client sale problems in telemarketing. This should be exciting and add another 30 to 35% of revenue in the next year.

"Having our own web hosting and design company combined with the telemarketing capabilities of Telemedia put us in a premiere position to capture new markets more easily and then to channelize those markets accordingly." "Our revenue expectation for Windango easily exceeds $2,000,000.00 in 2005." We intend to make this a fully integrated solution to service our Building Management Division, our new Real Estate Division, the new Mortgage Division and Elite Ceuticals, our health and welfare division, during their informercials. Each company has a place in the planning that is well thought out and with a proven formula we will see almost immediate increases in the bottom line revenue. Once the final integration/collaboration is complete, we will see an increase in Windango revenue approaching $7,500,000.00 annually.

That is "bang for the buck!"
