It said in the filing 390M shares would be reserved to satisfy the reserve requirements of the 6% notes.
"F" Ribotsky, they haven't paid him in 2 quarters anyway. Litigation would drag on forever and he probably wouldn't like the exposure.
BTW, I have a nice size chunk of shares and also voted no.
