A Small correction if i may



Shareholders meeting - they were trying to add additional directors beyond the current allowable. Also attempting to add to OS.
IMGG's lawyers sent out notice without SEC's approval and thus the meeting needed to be canceled. Dean felt that the meeting could be rescheduled in the next month or two.

the SEC didn't let the proxy go definitive

they gave them comments and are asking for more info that co' and it's lawyers couldn't satisfy the SEC from early October to date
