SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 28, 2004--Emerging Enterprise Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:EESI - News) announced today that it has concluded negotiations to acquire American Eagle Realtors. Final signatures are scheduled for the week of Nov. 1 2004. This company is licensed to sell real estate in both Kansas and Missouri.
CEO Robert Baker said, "We are very pleased with the acquisition and that Steve Bloecher agreed to sign a one-year contract to move forward as the president/broker of this newest EESI subsidiary. The company has a solid team of 12 professionals working together to produce $20,000,000 in house values/listings. Additionally, we will be adding business brokerage services to the mix by the same date."

American Eagle Realtors -- American Eagle Realtors is located in Lenexa, Kan., part of Overland Park, one of the most favored suburbs of Kansas City, Kan. The idea behind the company was to build a business around flat-fee listings in the KC metro area. With a dozen agents, most of which were new to the business, the company closed more than $20,000,000 in sales each of the last two years and projects 2005 to more than double that figure with the introduction of new products and a recruiting drive.

Steven Bloecher -- Steven Bloecher has both the experience and the expertise to be the broker/manager for American Eagle Realty. Bloecher moved to the Kansas City area from Alaska in 1988 and has about 15 years experience in real estate, with at least 10 as broker/manager with half those years as owner of his own company. After more than 10 years with the Century 21 system as an agent, a broker/manager, an owner/manager and then as a certified trainer for the area, Bloecher opened American Eagle Realtors in the fall of 2001. Bloecher has been offered nomination to the EESI board of directors. His acceptance is eminent.

EESI -- EESI now controls Telemedia, Elite Ceuticals, Windango and ICO, LLC. This completes the foundation of the company's first four strategic steps in preparation for a successful 2005. With the completion of this acquisition of a real estate company, we move EESI one more step toward development of its commercial/residential real estate and business brokerage division.
