Mobery - thanks for the link; however, the document on that website looks like old data, since the EntreMed aurora kinase inhibiter listed is ENMD-981693, which is the free base of ENMD-2076 and was documented long before ENMD-2076. The source also says ENMD-981693 is only in preclinical trials, whereas ENMD-2076 has been in Phase I for some time. Since this data seems old, I wonder how many additional AK inhibitors than those listed in the document are in the mill at present? Hopefully, ENMD-2076 will be the winner in this race.
