Saw this on yahoo, wanted to ask if anyone could help. I am wondering if there is some time limit for when spongetech has to file, anything? Someone claimed here that it was nov 30, perhaps to dec 15.

But according to his post (posted below), I find on the finra website that the grace period of 60 days would be based off 9/18/2009, or when SPNG was on the daily list. 2 months would have been Nov 18th, so we are already passed. Anyone?



These guys have until NOV,30th (technically Dec 15th) to have ALL of the filings up to date or they will lose OTCBB listing privileges for ONE YEAR. Dont believe it? look it up. FINRA Rule 6530

Unless a buy out is in the making... this is a deadline worth fighting for.... and a very merry christmas for some (not so good for others)
