HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GeoResources, Inc., (NASDAQ: GEOI - News), today announced that it has priced its public offering of 3.0 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.20 per share (before underwriting discounts and commissions). GeoResources has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
