maybe they at winmax were trying to help the buying process by
having their insiders buy all these cheap shares so they could
pay the necessary expenses of financials,new bnet shell,and what
may soon be reversed into winmax!!!i find it very hard to believe
a public company would spin off their most coveted divisions that
the children participate in but only to leave winmax empty..
therfore i feel winmax has a reverse merger in mind...imo

we know the CEO OF PROM DROR MORADOV HAS INTERESTS IN ISRAEL..
IS THAT WHY HE PAID FOR THE WINMAX SHAKEERRZZ PROMO???WILL SOMETHING FROM ISRAEL BE REVERSED INTO WINMX?IMHO

IT SEEMS PREPOSTEROUS THAT GERRY WOULD HOLD ALMOST 500 MILLION
SHARES FROM AROUND 30 MILLION BEFORE THE SHAKERRZZ PUMP AND THE
150 MILLION NOW BY THE V.P FROM 3 MILLION SHARES....WHATS THE SCOOP HERE !!!SOMETHING ELSE
MUST BE GOING ON?IMHO
