Thanks Glassy,That one was a great play this year.November sales are bad compared to last year in the 3 largest malls I operate in.The consumer is very conservative.The malls are dead Mon-Thur and the weekends are good.The warm weather is also hurting.Not shaping up to be a good xmas here in the Northeast.November is part of total holiday sales.Bad Nov means ok xmas at best.I will be buying more acls between .95-1.10 based on the charts and improving balance sheet looking into next year.Bob :)))
