WDAS "PROPOSES" to invest at a discount thus leveraging their return.

You keep forgetting that WDAS has done nothing so far but submit proposals. And we can't REALLY be sure of THAT, can we?

A pr explaining how they "propose" to close these deals is what the stock needs.
