It's "not" the sponges or soap, it IS the INFUSION process. Which can be adapted to any and all products. Including medical sponges for bacteria safe environments in hospitals, for kitchens -- sink, dishes,floor, etc; bathroom.
In spng's lawsuit for trademark infringement vs that spongeibles company, spng included included in its allegation filed in US District Court of its financial results for 2009, which coincide the numbers it has discissed. over $50m rev., and $11m profits. I doubt that SM wants to sign the complaint under penalty of perjury and have those numbers be wrong in Federal Court. And apng's attys -- who are the best -- would not allow any pleading to affect its standing with the Federal Court Judges.
I am confident on the outcome of spng. That I at least have to remain patient, wait for the filings to come out, and all this negative posting by those opposed to spng -- day after day, by same posters who have no position in spng whatsoever proves they are here for a reason that is not at all alteristic. These negative posters have their motives to keep hammering spng to force people to have doubts about their investment or get people to sell. IMO
I remain calm, have been a S/H fir quite a while, have not sold one share and will hold until they file whatever they will file. That is my position and comments about spng.
