Yes, and that is very smart. However, don't say you are on the Ask when I can see in Level II that you aren't. You place a bid at the Ask or "Market" and it will fill in a split second. There are plenty of shares out there, believe me. With 331 Million out there I'm sure they can find a few to sell to you.
