All due respect to the different idealism...

I perceive different interpretations, motivations, opinions, and predictions from identifiable sets of posters. Derive your own opinion from their posts. But most of all, do your own DD. Mine is pretty clear to me, but against my best judgment, I still hold all on my shares acquired before D-Day.

Some are looking to flip short, some are long, some believe in the original concept, some believe in the new company. Some claim to have information about funding deals, some seem to know about future funding, and some seem to know about false funding or funding failures.

Is there anybody out there with knowledge, who follows start-ups, see this O/G deal as a way to perpetuate stock fraud and put money in pockets of directors, with no intention of creating a legitimate company. Or, is this a legitimate business plan that other companies have followed to create the financing in order to support the company.

I don't even know what a shell corporation is, but when you start with shell, do you end with a shell?

I am not trying to rain upon anyone's parade, but would like some honest answers.
