There really is nothing left to be said about the company, Billy sold the share holders down the river, the companies barely scraping by on revenues, has no stock left to raise equity, has drilled a hole since July 4th last year. Raleys allowed this to be diluted into oblivion. only thing left to do now is a reverse split to get the share count down and hope he can raise cash again through more convertible debt financing, but even then, some many people got burned by this they won't go anywhere near Raley again after the last year.
