great cartoon! Like to see a ramp in futures after the announcement, blow off top or whatever it will be called, after such a big day yesterday. Great shorting op, possibly.... but probably wishful thinking..... foreclosures will be triple next year over this year.... what happens when the people that "own" those homes, have to pay rent.... the people who know everything forgot that element of the equation.... $1000 vs. nothing... hmmm........ price destruction on the ATM home next year again..... 13 trillion dollars has already gone bye, bye.... next year more CHANGE you can believe in on the downside.... Next year will be the downfall of the more expensive homes that were bought with ARMS...... Next year, you will be able to buy the Dream house your wife always nags to you about....LOL
