Of course we're down, pending FDA approval
People are waiting and waiting and lose confidence, getting pessimistic.
Eventually, FDA approval will come (as said before on Dec 15TH for multiple uses at once), and your patience will then be rewarded. How many billions is the pain killer market in the US and the world ? If BIEL just gets 1% or even less, we're still taling of a companty that's worth a dime or more. So buy more at the bottoms and you'll have a happy retirment fund as a result.

Concluding: pessimism is starting to reign on this board but all it needs is 5 weeks more patience!
