While you owe no duty to me, I ask that you advise your attorney that I, Joseph Rahimi, a shareholder of this company do not want be included in any suit against this company.

Also, with respect to your comment that this matter would be of no cost to you, please note that ethical rules prevent attorneys from covering costs associated with litigation. While they are allowed to pay for them up front, if the suit goes nowhere, ethically, attorneys are required to make clients pay for the costs. Please read the contigency fee agreement fine print on this point.
