Well, unfortuntely i don't have the answers, however i am certain nothing will come of that 8K based on speculation, because we have tons of paperwork proving that wamu was worth 300B and definite proof that JPM offered $8.00 a share pre seizure and backup that wamu owns the 4b.
With all that info wamu is still at .14

You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that it's just one more piece to file, beyond that...this will take a while. IMO

We can speculate and dream all we want ....but it just makes for depresing post when we get disappointed.
Thats all im saying.
