More Answers From Paul (Email) - portions that are bold are Paul's responses as he replied in my original e-mail - this has helped clear up some of my confusion, and seems to get better and better with the more information I find and answers I receive:

Hi Paul,

I had a few quick questions regarding some of the details regarding the (impressive) BioHarp, I was hoping you would be able to assist with or direct me to who/where I would be able to find additional information on.

My questions stem from additional details on how the Bioharp works, specifically relative to the baseline reading that must be obtained before doing so.

Taken from a PR, "The BioHarp requires a pre-scan of the patient in order to get a baseline reading. This baseline reading is not based solely on a set of standards in the medical sector. These individualized baselines are established from the patient's own cellular makeup and further solidify how the BioHarp sets itself apart from any present of future competitors."

My questions are:

A) If I were to go to my doctor and have not yet had a "baseline" established, would they be able to establish said baseline and detect cellular inflammation in the same day or would I have had to have my baseline established prior to having any possible issues?

The same day. It takes about 2-3 mins to establish your baseline readings and then the actual scan can done in as little as 10-15 mins.

B) How exactly is the baseline established? Is this through the initial scan of the BioHarp or some other method/screening/tool(s)?

The initial scan is done just like the regular scan. You start the process by wanding the body all over to establish the cellular makeup of your body. The software then recalculates all the data and then gives the baseline reading. Very simple process.

C) By measuring cellular inflammation as a means of early detection, how much sooner can one detect possible issues? On average, how long would it be before this inflammation was to manifest itself in ways that other more traditional tools would detect?

I really can’t comment on this one at this point. Our confidentiality agreement prohibits me from this. More information after the merger closes.
