ok all this speculation is getting down right ridiculuos.....

we are now analyzing why lawyers and judge were laughing? the dude may of had a fly on his head.

why are we assuming settlement negotiations are going on? did I miss something? when in march were their settlement negotiations, are we referring to the billing? There are always settlement talks and abitration thats standard.

I'm long and strong an added all the way down, but enough with threating the flippers. i flipped this stock many times in the past and made good money. Because i let my heart get the best of me i didnt flip at .40

I remember when i was pretty much nailed to the wall cause i was out on mothers'd day (its gonna settle over the weekend they said) and again in june (were gonna get a fathers day present) the threats go on and on.....if you're out thats it..etc.

People will do what their pocket book tells them and done.

Me personally i am done flipping, have been for a while now, but we need to stop making excuses... and btw this stock doesnt move on news, when it hit .40 nothing was happening and when we had the hearing for the 4b it barely hit .23 so how do we move on news?
I beleive in wamu, and i think when we least expect it BAM....NEWS! DEAD or ALIVE
