Ok...can you make up your mind on your position.
This last post you contradict yourself in the same paragraph. don't worry, i read your posts as entertainment, I never think much of them, just in case you wonder why:

some of your last posts:
VRMLQ danced at .01 - .05 for months and months. Then suddenly went to .30, then to $3, and all the way to $19. If Walrath suddenly rules for WMI and slams the FDIC, this will explode.

Walrath will take her time with this ruling now. That's for sure. The one positive is that the FDIC showed their hand, had Walrath ruled and the FDIC not been there - my bet is that they would have seized the 4.4 Billion in transit. Causing another year of court hearings, lol.

We may have to wait another month or more for her ruling, but at least it will shutdown the FDIC's threat in the process.

Clarke was really foolish that day, unfortunately it has hurt the stock in the short term.

Unfortunately, people are just not confident in Walrath's decision anymore, nor in the timeframe. It could be another 3, 6 months before she makes this decision, who knows.

What aggravates me is that we were this {} close to it being a done deal, the pps was rising, Sachs was bumbling and Walrath was ready to rule.

Then Clarke makes his threat and we're done. 13 months on this and shafted again by the FDIC. No wonder people have thrown in the towel, can't blame them. I bought back 20% of my position today at .14, and will wait and see...
The risk of being out of this if Walrath rules for WMI is increasing. That's why I bought back in at .14. If it tanks to .10 I'll buy back the rest of my original position.

It's over folks, see you all in 2010. I'm done with commons.

They are all yours. Sold all my commons, and totally out. Good luck everyone.
