In no way can she rule against wamu, it was already established, even JPM admitted the money was wamu's. The FDIC is completely out of line. I beleive she is simply reviewing the ramnifications of her awarding the money to wamu, and even wamu team looking at the new FDIC jump. I just think it was a stall tactic, otherwise the FDIC would have spoken in the 2 others hearings previous and had THJMW prepare....stall, stall and stall....and in a way its good. I just loaded again and I'm at 900K shares.
