some stock history is needed so we do not get off track on what the share count is here...INCL has an OS of 1.2 billion shares(per the TA)....the Par Share count you are looking at is what Entech(the previous name iN Control/INCL was going to take with the Nevada Sec. of State) changed it to when they renamed the comapny Envirotek...

But the shares for INCL have not been altered from the 1.2 billion becasue FINRA has not changed the symbol, name or cusip as of yet...Now in order for Envirotek to get to that 500 million number they will need to do a RS or they will need to have been buying back shares....

It is my contention, again, that there will be no RS and that the share number will remain at 1.2 billion. Just because its on the Nev. SOS site as 500 million now does not mean it can not be changed...remember this was a two year 0001 stock...management had no idea if the investing community was going to accept the stock and the new business plan...well the investors have accepted it and the stock has gone from 0001 to its current level....all on very little news...mostly on speculation....they now know that with the news that is soon to be released that this stock can and will move up to penny land and higher...so they will not RS,(but will continue to buy back shares) and they will after FINRA issues the new name, symbol and cusip change the Par Share number on the Nev. SOS site....
