The idea espoused by some that insider sales were being used to shore-up company expenses, or meet the payroll, were debunked by the company when questioned about former management insider sales. The company stated that they have no control over those sales, that those sales were for private use by the former management stockholders.

After being slapped in the face, or hit over the head with a lead pipe, I still cannot understand how Ernst, Regan and the rest of thecurrent team got involved with Dillon/Copeland/Wirtz. I based my investment on the new team and the released products. What went wrong? As far as I can tell, none of the new team profited from this venture.

Call me a loser, or whatever, I held out for over a year before investing. You can check my thoughts about insider sales for yourself, I'm too drunk to probe any further.
