Droids are really dense. The concenssus expectation was that earnings would increase from 0.9 per share to about 0.14. The AMD release says that earnings will be up Q over Q but not as much as expecteed.

The warning suggests that earnings will be about 10 to 11 cents a share. Hint: that is less the the 14 cents expectation, even if earnings are "up".

It always amazes me that AMD has to wait until a week after the end of the quarter before it issues it earnings warning.
