How does the fact that the webpage is now down support the merger, acquisition, takeoever position?

Can we now accept that there is NO arrangement between Softnet and Avanade?

Let's put this nasty couple of days behind us and move forward from here.....

How about a series of posts that are fact based items that we know about Softnet, not based on inuendo and rumor, but hard facts....

FACT: Dennis Goett is still on the Board of Directors.
CONFIRMATION: Mr. Goett confirms his associaition with Softnet.
