"The officers are having to sell shares just to pay bills."

Yes the officers are selling their PERSONAL shares to pay PERSONAL bills. Remember that these shares were given to the officers IN LIEU OF PAY. Now this has been explained many times but here is one more: The officers received RESTRICTED SHARES instead of their regular pay checks.

"If there was growth, (REVENUE) coming in they wouldn't have to be FILING FORM 4'S"

We do know that there are revenues coming into the company by just reviewing the quarterly filings. If you were the owner of the company would you think it would be more beneficial to the company to pay PERSONAL EXPENSES or to put the money back into the company to sustain growth? Should revenues be used to do plumbing repairs or put a new roof on the owners house or pay college tuition or any of the other bills that officers have just like the rest of us? NO is the answer to that question and in my opinion the revenues should be placed back into the business in order to promote future growth and profitability.
