i dont think dennis would confirm or deny this if he is not giving out any info
i dont remeber seeing a post from someone who talked with dennis goett who confirmed that avanade is not involved

so IMO i dont think we can say it is or it isnt

in addition the tech guys out there seem to me have confirmed that it would be quite a stunt to incorporate sofn website with avanade without certain infomation and knowledge on both parties

i think avanade would have shut down the sofn link to its site immeditly and they could without court order or contact with sofn the webhosting company can do that
the people who called avanade and talked to people i dont believe they would have this info or at least be forbidden to discuss or disclose info

as far as the website being down over the weekend when that happened before the tech guys confirmed it was a downed server because there are other sites not related on that server that was down as was they were this weekend as well
