Wow, you have gone off the deep end, and obviously feel anyone who disagrees with you and your poor strategy is to be attacked falsely. I see you now for what you are. I never asked for non-public information, although I recall you offered to give information that was presumably non-public to those who would contribute to your cause, which I refused to do on principal. That is why I never contributed any moneys. I provided many suggestions to you that took many hours of my time to develop after reading virtually all of the posts on this board, and all of the documents posted on the court's docket and the lengthy exhibits and deposition excerpts posted on the docket as well. You repeatedly complimented me on these observations. Now you say their worth was nonexistent. How pathetic. My suggestions were always along the lines of try to present to the court any available information about the value of the trust assets to the Court. I also posted this observation on Ihub. I notice that Mr. Abrams (from the posted transcript) did not do this in any way.
The real breaking point with you seemed to be my question, after Mr. Abrams rolled over in Court and approved the settlement, why he would do such a thing given your often stated comments that your goal was to keep the trust alive. After that, you stopped communications, other than to continually ask me and all others for moneys.
I have certainly read the Fossi affidavit (the day it was posted on our docket by Instruct) and have already stated that I think it is shocking. This will be my last post to you, because it is clear at this point you have nothing of substance to offer any longer, which is sad.
