Arrangements have finally been completed and Mr. Fisher will sign today the contract for the first annual shareholders meeting on February 24th, 2010 at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas -- discounted rooms will be available to all stockholders.

Additionally, arrangements have also been completed and Mr. Fisher will sign today the contract for the first annual West Coast Chapter of the National Algae Association on February 25th and 26th at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas -- discounted rooms will be available to all attendees.
