I still don't see how you say that CJ. What is the share structure of the new entity? You don't know that yet so how can you state this?

How does that explain gaps up or down in opening PPS?

I know that is the best case in theory, but I don't know of anything that makes it absolute. You seem to think it IS absolute and I am asking you to help me find info that supports that. Is there such info someplace that we can look at?
