It only took 3 glasses of wine for me to understand this now. :p

Old shell will be behl, with our present sh. under it, so to speak, and will remain $0 'til a co. wanting to go public buys it. Then we can sell our "old sh.", and make a profit from that as well.
Then, our new shell (biocentric global), will have our new shares, ie: 1 for every 10 (in my case 570,000 sh.), say @ a price of $2.00, my NEW sh. will then be worth $1,080,000., hmmmmm ok, I LIKE THAT part. BUT, I think after everything comes forth, $2.00 will be peanuts for where this will go. Just my OPINION, folks.
