Seizure might have been a protective move by the FDIC as it did with Indymac and others.....but 1.9B come on.... no smoking gun...that's it right there (how was the value estimated when no others were involved in the bidding process)
I dont mean to reject this persons input but only the very high up know what happened. If this were a case of growing to fast and high risk factors then why the lawsuit?.... a simple BK would have sufficed.
