They say that because the NT was filed on the 1st, so in their reasoning 15 calender days after that would be tomorrow. But the rule states that the NT must be filed NO LATER THAN 24 hours after the original due date. My understanding is that the 15 days still applies to the original date, thus making it due today by 5:30pm.

Regardless, the 10k wont be ready tomorrow, or the day after in all likelihood.
