Hi Doug, first I want you to know that I respect your posts and their content.

That said, if management is truly committed to those that are long in SPNG, they can issue an 8-K tomorrow stating the current share structure. I believe this would create a certain amount of stability while they continue to work on having a 10-K published.

It is my opinion that if they allow the price to drop tomorrow, it will only prove that there is an ulterior motive behind the scenes.
