Management has been telling shareholders for a LONG time that there would be no R/S. Carpe has spent months posting over and over and over again that the PPS would go up from share retirements, not from an R/S because that is what he was told by management.

Now they R/S. The responses on this board from long-term LONGS are quite obvious that "no R/S" is what they were led to believe. Anyone who came on here posting that the only way for SPNG to go NASDAQ was via R/S was quickly "contradicted" by LONGS who continually told them they were wrong, there would be no R/S.

But I guess all is good even though management continues to privatley lie to their shareholders.
